Updated Stats!
As of today 7/9/12, my weight is 132.7lbs with a BMI of 22.8! That's a 22.2lbs. loss so far! I am still in the healthy weight range.
*Starting weight was 154.9 with a BMI of 26.6 as of March 26, 2012.

How To Make Ketchup
Prep time: 10 mins Cook time: 1 hour Total time: 1 hour 10 mins
This homemade ketchup recipe is an easy and healthier alternative to store-bought ketchup.
Ingredients
6 ounces tomato paste
1 tablespoon brown sugar (or rapidura, muscovado, or your sweetener of choice
2 tablespoons white or apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons molasses
1 cup water
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together in a small saucepan and simmer on the stove for up to an hour or until it reaches your desired thickness. Cool, and adjust seasonings and sweeteners to your taste. Makes about a cup of ketchup, depending on how thick you want it.
