Focus on eating within your budget because your body will react to that faster. Add an exercise or two (if just 15 minutes) and you'll feel a lot better. Just knowing that you're making good choices is a great confidence booster. When I started Lose it! I ate the foods (good and bad) I had in my kitchen. I just started eating the proper portions and I felt good about myself because I took control. I began buying healthier foods after that. I started exercising. I made an effort to move throughout the day and I felt good about me. No matter how big or small of a step you take- you will feel good because you took it just like the one that got you here to Lose it! It's all about the little wins.
