Yesterday, I started two new workouts - Cardio Hip Hop and Killer Cardio! It was a tough workout but fun and I finally accepted the fact that "I don't have as much rhythm as I thought!"
Any hoo, I had so much fun yesterday that I decided to go back for more. I did a lot better today with the Cardio Hip Hop moves and completed more reps during the Killer Cardio. I encourage everyone to add more cardio to their workouts. You're gonna sweat, loose your breath, and work muscles that you haven't worked and feel so good afterwards. Those endorphins truly kick in. When you're done, you'll be happy and hungry!
